About "Egen the Mountain"

Background

I, Momosaki, am the representative of egen the mountain™ and a product designer, and have been involved in the development of many products.

Small items include earphones.
I've always loved the outdoors,
I have been involved in the development of several earphones.

How many companies' earphones have you worked on?
I've lost track of how many models I designed.

Other than that, cooking appliances, beauty appliances, household appliances, and other home appliances, IoT devices that work with smartphones and PC-related peripheral devices and apps, and specially equipped vehicles such as fire engines and ambulances.

During the more than 20 years I have been involved in design, I have worked tirelessly with manufacturers in a variety of industries and factories in Japan and overseas to bring a wide range of products to the world.

Why mountain gear and camping gear?

Simply put, it's because I love myself.
I was born and raised in the countryside, so I have always loved living surrounded by nature and the activities that come with it, such as playing in the mountains, playing in the river, and growing vegetables and rice.
Although I now live in Tokyo, I really enjoy going on weekends to hike, camp, or fish.

On the other hand, I think you can keep digging into what you like endlessly and mindlessly. Even when you take on a design job, if it's something you're interested in or good at, you can lose track of time and research it diligently, or try to put in just that little bit more effort, which ultimately results in good output.

This brand truly is a combination of what I like and what I'm good at.
