Payment Method

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Credit card payment
    • VISA, Mastercard , AMEX , JCB
    • Shop Pay is available.
  • Smartphone payment
    • Apple Pay , Google Pay , PayPay , LINE Pay , Merpay
  • Convenience store payment
    • Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki
    • Please pay within 3 days of the order date.
    • An additional fee ( 190 yen) will be charged.
    • If payment is not received by the due date, your order will be cancelled.

About Shipping

  • postage
    • 770 yen (tax included) nationwide
    • We will cover shipping costs for purchases over 22,000 yen (tax included)
  • Delivery company
    • Yamato Transport (We do not accept requests to specify a delivery company.)
  • Delivery Timing
    • After payment, we will ship within 5 business days.
    • We do not ship products on our designated holidays or during the New Year holidays.
  • Other notices
    • All items will be shipped per order. Items ordered separately cannot be shipped together.
    • Depending on the contents of your order, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, the shipping fee will not change.
    • The arrival of your product may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.

About gift wrapping

Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping.

Issuing receipts

We do not include receipts with your order. Receipts are only issued upon request.

If you need one, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form on our website and include your order number. We will send you a receipt in electronic format via email.

Order cancellation, return and exchange policy

  • We cannot accept order cancellations due to customer convenience.
  • In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will accept a return or exchange it for a replacement product only if we have the product in stock. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons other than defects. Please note.
    • Return conditions and deadlines: Returns or exchanges are possible only if the product is defective.
      • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
      • We will cover the return shipping costs.
    • We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
      • If you contact us after 8 days or more have passed since the product arrived
      • If you have used the product even once
      • If the product is damaged, dirty, or has an odor due to reasons attributable to the customer
      • If the product has scratches, dirt, etc. due to unavoidable reasons such as its nature or manufacturing process
      • If any part of the product (including the box) or accessories are missing or damaged
      • If the product is marked "non-returnable"
      • If the return is not confirmed within 7 days after the return or exchange has been confirmed
      • Any other case where we reasonably determine that the return or replacement of the product is not appropriate.
